Planning
From the moment we contact the client until the event is held, we meet to find out their needs and preferences, we make a proposal adapted to their budget and expectations, we coordinate with the suppliers and restaurant staff, we supervise the assembly and development of the event and we collect the degree of customer satisfaction at the end of the event.

Design
To design a wedding in our restaurant, we follow these steps:

We meet with the bride and groom. The first thing we do is meet the couple and listen to their wishes and ideas for their wedding. We show them our restaurant and explain the options we have for the banquet, the ceremony, the decoration, the music and the additional services. We also ask them for the number of guests, the budget and the date they have in mind.

We make a personalized proposal. After the meeting, we prepare a personalized proposal for the couple, adapted to their needs and preferences. We send you a detailed budget with the menu, decoration, music and additional services that we have chosen for your wedding. We also attach some photos or videos of similar weddings that we have organized in our restaurant.

We give them a menu test. Once the couple accept our proposal, we invite them to a menu test in our restaurant. We serve you the dishes that we have selected for your wedding and we ask for your opinion and suggestions. We also take the opportunity to review the details of the decoration, music and additional services.

Logistics

We coordinate with vendors and staff. Before the wedding day, we take care of coordinating with the suppliers and the restaurant staff so that everything is ready and prepared. We confirm the quantities, schedules, deliveries and facilities. We also assign tasks and responsibilities to each team member.

We supervise the assembly and development of the wedding. On the wedding day, we supervise the assembly of the room, the tables, the chairs, the decoration, the music and the additional services. We make sure that everything is clean, tidy and in keeping with the style of the wedding. During the banquet and the party, we are attentive to the needs of the couple and the guests and we resolve any unforeseen event that may arise.
